Dallas, Texas, March 25, 2009--Citizens Capital Corp. (OTC:CAAP) today announced that its Dream League Football Association™ [DLFA] pro football unit has placed teams in four of its twenty, pre-selected consumer markets as part of its phase one initiatives. The DLFA [Bulldogs™]; [Stars™]; [Gotham Gladiators™] and [River Wranglers™] teams shall play in the Chicago, Los Angeles, New York City and San Antonio consumer markets of the Mideast; Western; Eastern and South Central divisions of the Democratic and Republican conferences respectively. [First announced on August 6, 2008], the DLFA is a salary capped, revenue sharing, professional football league operating a fall season, predominately Saturday schedule. The DLFA shall play a (18) game regular season with playoffs extending through to its annual Dream Bowl™ championship game. The DLFA season will culminate with the annual DLFA Pro All-Star/Senior Collegiate All-Star game. [ Players in the DLFA] must be at least 18 years of age, possess a high school diploma or have a G.E.D. equivalent. By league mandate, no DLFA team licensee may stage any organized team practice sessions prior to 3 p.m., Monday thru Thursday, during the September thru December period. All DLFA team licensees shall be required to maintain an Executive level, Academic Advisory officer charged with coordination of University Degree studies. The DLFA shall sell a team operating license and a limited partner (L.P.), revenue share interest to private [ownership groups] in each of its twenty, pre-selected consumer markets. The DLFA shall share national television revenues with its licensed team operators, with both local television and radio broadcast rights granted to its team operating licensees in each of their respective markets. Ownership groups may elect either a private or public company structure to hold their DLFA team operating license and revenue interest. With access to the public capital markets, the public company structure provides opportunity to be utilized both as a diversified corporate acquisition vehicle, as well as, a new stadium finance tool in the development of reduced foot print, mixed use retail, residential and office stadium projects, in those markets where facility and/or economic development might be necessary. Further, the public company structure provides DLFA licensed ownership groups with liquidity; and a market valuation for its holdings, as well as, with a mechanism to freely hold, expand or exit their DLFA holdings.
