The DLFA is open and available to qualified football coaching candidates  from a variety of different backgrounds.  The DLFA has no preference nor prejudices in respect of its coaching candidates and thereby champions equal opportunity and employment for all candidates. 

Prospective coaching candidates who are interested in a coaching career in the DLFA should contact the DLFA on a confidential basis and send their resume detailing a history of their actual, on field, coaching  experience to:

All information related to coaching candiates shall be placed in a general coaches information and availability pool and made available to each DLFA team for employment consideration.
