<p>TULSA — Cameron Downing made his case as one of the state's top boys basketball players with a 29-point, 11-rebound effort to carry Tulsa Memorial to a 59-45 win over Lawton MacArthur in the Class 5A state tournament at Oral Roberts University's Mabee Center Thursday night.</p><p>"This was probably one of my best games of the season," Downing said.
